Published vs. sustained capacity

The published table lists 150–800 cans/min by model. Sustained output is confirmed only after the approved product, package, fill conditions, utilities and acceptance duration are defined.

Changeover

Product, fill-volume, can or end changes can affect the product path, filling settings, guides, tooling and cleaning sequence. Exact parts and changeover time require a project review.

Maintenance scope

Define access and service tasks for the product tank, filling valves, lid feed, seaming system, drives, sensors and cleaning circuit. Spare and preventive-maintenance lists must be model-specific.

FAT / SAT basis

FAT should use the agreed product or an approved test medium, cans and ends, and should define fill-volume checks, seam inspection, sustained run, alarms, safety and cleaning verification. SAT confirms site utilities and line integration.
