Carbonated and Beer Can Filling and Sealing Integrated Machine

Description

This machine is used for filling beer and other carbonated beverages in cans (aluminum, tinplate) as the packaging material, followed by sealing the can. This series of machines offers a choice of filling heads in configurations of 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, and sealing heads of 4, 6, 8. The production speed ranges from 80 to 500 cans per minute. The machine is divided into two stations: filling and sealing. The filling is done using isobaric filling methods, and the liquid level is controlled using the principle of constant liquid level filling. To prevent the evaporation of CO2 in the liquid, the material is generally filled at a low temperature of 4℃.
