Automatic Can Seaming Machine

5,000–36,000 CPH

Standalone seaming machine for aluminum or tinplate cans after filling. It performs can closing only; filling equipment is configured separately.

For an accurate fit check, provide the can diameter and height, end specification, product and required capacity. Intended for industrial projects from 5,000 cans/hour.

The published standalone DFB03, DFB04, FB4B, FB6B, and FB8 configurations use 3, 4, 6, or 8 seaming stations and list 90 to 600 cans per minute. For higher-output integrated applications, the DGC7212 filler-seamer combines 72 filling stations with 12 seaming stations and is rated at 800 cans per minute for the published can range. Final output depends on the approved can and end, product, utilities, integration, and acceptance conditions.
