1. Can Lid Interlock Device:When a filled can enters, it should be paired with a lid. In cases where a can without a lid enters, the seaming head's copper disc is equipped with a limited device that allows the can body to be seamed without a lid, preventing any can jamming incidents.
2. Automatic Stop Device for Machine Faults:During operation, if a fault occurs in any part of the machine, or if a can lid gets stuck, the clutch inside the main shaft gearbox will automatically disengage, triggering the travel switch to stop the machine quickly.

Warranty Scope and Exclusions

Warranty coverage is limited to main-machine components and begins on the commencement date stated in the signed quotation or sales contract. Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, normal wear parts, consumables, misuse, incorrect installation or utilities, unauthorized modification or repair, incompatible products or cleaning chemicals, corrosion, accident or transport damage, third-party equipment, and on-site labor, travel, and freight are excluded. The signed agreement controls the claim procedure and final scope.

Testing Conditions and Acceptance Boundary

Use the approved can and end combination, product condition, required vacuum level, tooling, utility conditions, agreed line speed, test duration, sampling plan, seam and package-integrity limits, reject criteria, and responsible acceptance parties. Acceptance applies only to the documented test conditions and criteria; any change to product, package, utilities, speed, duration, sampling, or limits requires written review.
