Carbonated Beverage and Beer Can Filling & Seaming Monoblock

This machine is designed for filling beer and other carbonated beverages into aluminum or tinplate cans, followed by seaming. The system is divided into two main stations: filling and seaming. It adopts an isobaric filling method, with precise liquid level control based on the constant-level filling principle, ensuring filling accuracy and product consistency.

To minimize CO₂ loss and maintain beverage quality, the filling process is typically performed at a low temperature of 4°C.

This series is available with filling head configurations of 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60, and seaming head options of 4, 6, or 8, supporting production speeds ranging from 80 to 500 cans per minute, making it suitable for medium to high-capacity production lines.

1. Double Exhaust Structure in the Filling Machine
The filling system incorporates a double exhaust mechanism to effectively reduce oxygen content inside the can, helping to extend the product’s shelf life.

The seamer features a dual-axis design that enables independent adjustment and control of the feed amounts for the first and second-stage rollers, ensuring precise and stable seaming performance.

Production speed can be easily adjusted via the touchscreen, and the system includes automatic alarms for PLC faults, enabling safe and efficient operation.
