Description

The Small Golden Bowl Filling and Sealing Integrated Machine is suitable for foods packed in small golden bowls with easy-open or full-open lids, such as bird's nest soup, abalone, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and pear bowls, providing juicing and sealing functions. This series of machines can be optionally equipped with different numbers of filling heads: 12, 18, 24, 36, and sealing heads: 4, 6, 8, with a production speed range from 80 to 200 bowls per minute. The major highlight of this machine is the integrated design of the filling and sealing machine, allowing for continuous, uninterrupted, and constant speed operation, effectively preventing spillage when large-diameter bowls move from the filler to the seamer.
