Zhejiang Weichi Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and has been a principal contributor to drafting three national standards: GB/T 3603-2014 General Technical Conditions for Fully Automatic Metal Can (Paste) Filling and Sealing Machines, GB/T 40360-2021 General Technical Conditions for Metal Can Non-Carbonated Beverage Filling and Sealing Machines, and GB/T 40361-2021 General Technical Specifications for Beer and Carbonated Beverage Can Filling Production Lines. The company received the "Putuo District Government Quality Award" in 2022, and is acknowledged as a specialized, precise, and distinctive small and medium enterprise (SME) in Zhejiang Province, as well as a Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Enterprise and a Zhejiang Provincial Patent Demonstration Enterprise.

Established in September 1999 with a registered capital of 16.88 million yuan, the company is ISO9001 certified for its comprehensive quality management system. It was founded by four main leaders from the former state-owned enterprise - Zhoushan Diesel Engine Factory (Zhejiang Food Machinery Factory), and has transitioned to a joint-stock company following state enterprise reform. Through 24 years of continuous effort from all staff members and the four shareholders, the company has grown to have a factory area of 25,000 square meters and a standard workshop of more than 18,000 square meters. It employs a large number of professional and technically skilled workers. Its customer base spans over 30 countries, including the USA, UK, Russia, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Malaysia, India, and more.

The company undertakes various projects including fully automatic production lines for canned beverages such as juice, carbonated drinks, and beer, as well as canning and sealing production lines for various sauces like chili sauce, tomato sauce, beef sauce, mushroom sauce, and others. It also provides can packaging production lines for rice, eight-treasure porridge, and small bowl products. Currently leading in the domestic industry, our filling speeds can reach up to 800 cans per minute.

The current staff composition includes over 70% in research and development, assembly, and service teams, with more than 90% of these employees having over ten years of industry experience. This stable personnel structure with low turnover rates provides a solid foundation for the company's safe and robust development.

We specialize in producing high-speed can filling and sealing machine sets and production lines with capacities of 10,000; 15,000; 18,000; 24,000; 36,000; and 48,000 cans per hour. These lines contribute to the localization of similar imported equipment, reducing investment costs in the food and beverage industry, increasing labor productivity, and promoting rapid industry growth.

The company is located at 61 Xincheng Road, Putuo District, in the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, just 12 kilometers from Zhoushan Putuoshan Airport and less than 100 kilometers from Ningbo Lishe Airport, offering convenient transportation options.
